DISINFO: 7 October 2023 attacks on Israel were a false flag operation just like downing of flight MH17
SUMMARY
What is hidden behind 7 October 2023? How come Israeli intelligence did not know about this, while Gaza border is so secure that if a bug cross it is known? And the CIA is also very present in the region. France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt also knew and warned Israel. [...] And Israel ignores all the intelligence warning about this massive attack. It is very strange. History taught us that there are false flag operations.
In 2014 the MH17 flight was shot down to blacken the reputation of Russia and establish sanctions against the country. It was demonstrated [...] that Russia or pro-Russian separatists were not involved in this operation.
It is the same today but much worse, everywhere in the West they want to censor the truth.
RESPONSE
Pro-Kremlin disinformation claim taking advantage of the 7 October 2023 Hamas attack on Israel to revive one well known disinformation staple, the downing of flight MH17 over Ukraine. The claim portrays both Hamas and Russia as victims of Western media and false flag operations.
The massive terrorist attack of the 7 October 2023 in Israel is still being investigated, including how Hamas took by surprise Israeli security services. However, while multiple factors can explain this surprise, a false flag operation is totally unlikely given the large amount of material evidence, prisoners captured by Israel or the fact that Hamas still detains large numbers of hostages that were taken that day 7 October. All these are confirming the responsibility of Hamas and Islamic Jihad military organisations.
Concerning downing of the Malaysian airliner MH17 in July 2014, open source materials allowed an investigation by Bellingcat concluding that :
On July 17, 2014 a Buk missile launcher, originating from the 53rd Brigade near Kursk, Russia, travelled from Donetsk to Snizhne [in territory under Russian military control]. It was then unloaded and drove under its own power to a field south of Snizhne, where at approximately 4:20 pm it, launched a surface-to-air missile that hit Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 as it flew over Ukraine. On the morning of July 18, the Buk missile launcher was driven from Luhansk, Ukraine, across the border to Russia.
Alternative scenarios presented by the Russian Ministry of Defense and Almaz-Antey [the Russian missile manufacturer] are at best deeply flawed, and at worst show a deliberate attempt to mislead using fabricated evidence.
A trial using the work of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) took place in The Hague. Igor Girkin (Russian Ministery of Defence staff and commander of the armed forces of the separatist "Donetsk Peoples Republic" DPR), Sergey Dubinskiy (commanding officer) and Leonid Kharchenko (commander) were found guilty of 298 counts of murder and "unlawfully causing an airplane to crash" and sentenced to life imprisonment. All were tried in absentia.
