DISINFO: Americans and Europeans are orchestrating protests around the world
SUMMARY
We don’t need intelligence information to understand that the operation room for the demonstrations in Hong Kong is located in the US and UK.
We don’t need intelligence information to know that the one who is directly supporting propaganda, trying to stir up strife in Russia and in many countries of the world is the European media.
There are training camps that took place to stir up these conflicts… and this is what has happened in a number of Arab countries and the Middle East.
RESPONSE
Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative claiming that Hong Kong protests are supported and funded by the US and/or by other Western states. The pro-Kremlin media frequently use disinformation narratives about popular protests allegedly incited and run by the West, including, what they refer to as “colour revolutions” in post-Soviet states, the “Arab Spring”, Euromaidan in Ukraine, protests in Catalonia and latest protests in Russia.
There is no evidence to back those claims, neither in Hong Kong nor in any other place.
See earlier disinformation cases claiming that the Hong Kong protests are the West’s revenge on China for not waging war against Russia, that the U.S. uses all colour revolution technologies in Hong Kong to destabilize China, and that Britain and US are organising the protests in Hong Kong.
This disinformation appeared in the same video as another message about COVID-19 revealing how divided Europe is and how giving Russia is and Europe will reduce sanctions on Russia once it becomes unrestrained.
