DISINFO: American laboratory in Georgia creates biological weapons
SUMMARY
The American Lugar laboratory is carrying out dangerous experiments on people and animals. Americans spent tens of millions of dollars to build the Lugar Centre for Public Health Research, however this centre did not bring any benefit to Georgian society, on the contrary, such laboratories, up to 400 all over the world, create a danger of uncontrolled spread of viruses.
