DISINFO: By inviting Armenia and Azerbaijan to the NATO summit the West wants to tear them away from Russia
SUMMARY
The invitation to Armenia and Azerbaijan to take part in the NATO summit in Washington is another example of US attempts to extend its destructive influence to all regions of the world. With full indulgence of weak-willed satellites in Europe, Washington sets the task of tearing our friends and neighbours away from Russia.
It can be seen how persistently NATO members strive to advance their approaches to regional issues. The experience of the destruction of statehood in the South Caucasus is not in demand anywhere else in the world. Westerners hope to clearly show that their aggressive policies are allegedly approved by countries outside the Euro-Atlantic region.
This is especially clear in the example of Armenia - this republic is being pumped with weapons, they are trying to rebuild its defence sector, and undermine the existing mechanisms of collective security within the CSTO.
