There are images that show how Hillary Clinton invited and received Osama Bin Laden in the White House, in order to lobby him.

RESPONSE

The photos Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova most likely refers to are circulating online since August 2015. They show Hillary Clinton and Osama bin Laden shaking hands. The photo was shared on social media thousands of times, but has been proven faked. The alleged meeting of Clinton and bin Laden is the result of a photomontage. Actually, the photo is from 2004 and shows the Indian musician Shubhashish Mukherjee, that Clinton met at an event in Washington D.C. www.bild.de/politik/ausland/fake-news/kreml-fake-news-53741222.bild.html, .
