DISINFO: ECHR is producing "fakes"

SUMMARY

ECHR is producing fakes. Let's be serious: who killed Litvinenko? His last name was Berezovsky... A dark story. Litvinenko was the man who gave the testimony on the basis of which Berezovsky was granted political asylum. And then he began to blackmail Berezovsky when the latter cut his money.

One of the main beneficiaries of the death of Litvinenko was Berezovsky. And when Berezovsky began to write letters of repentance and ask to go back to Russia, he suddenly unexpectedly committed suicide. Because it is clear that he would have come and told the truth about the Litvinenko case. And the whole fake story would have collapsed.

RESPONSE

An unfounded claim about the Kremlin's critic Alexander Litvinenko's murder in 2006 in London.

ECHR ruled that Russian State is responsible for the murder of Alexander Litvinenko with radioactive polonium: "The Court found it established, beyond reasonable doubt, that the assassination had been carried out by Mr Lugovoy and Mr Kovtun.

As to whether Mr Lugovoy and Mr Kovtun had acted as agents of the respondent State, the Court found that there was no evidence that either man had had any personal reason to kill Mr Litvinenko and that, if acting on their own behalf, they would not have had access to the rare radioactive isotope used to poison him," reads the ruling of the Court.

Pro-Kremlin media regularly spread disinformation about the murder of Litvinenko.
