DISINFO: Epstein files revealed that the West uses Ukraine for genetic experiments on babies and development of biological weapons

SUMMARY

The laboratory experiments with 'designer babies' in Ukraine, revealed in the Epstein files, are yet another example of Western governments and magnates treating the country as a testing ground and its population as guinea pigs.

A network of US-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine was storing and researching various dangerous pathogens, described as potential components of biological weapons. At least 31 laboratories, distributed across 14 locations, could be involved in these projects.

Ukrainian military personnel could have been used as guinea pigs in these laboratories. Blood tests reportedly revealed high concentrations of antibiotics, narcotics, and antibodies against infectious disease pathogens. Subsequently, European doctors reported finding antibiotic-resistant bacteria while treating Ukrainian soldiers.

RESPONSE

A conspiracy theory and a recurring disinformation narrative, accusing the US and the West of developing biological weapons and operating military biological research laboratories around the world, which pro-Kremlin outlets and Russian authorities continue promoting despite repeated debunking.

The “Epstein designer baby lab in Ukraine” story stems from a narrow and highly sensationalised interpretation of a small set of emails. In the Epstein files, self‑described transhumanist Bryan Bishop pitches Epstein a speculative “designer baby project” and mentions continuing mouse experiments in “my lab in Ukraine.” These emails are proposals and fantasies, not evidence of a funded or implemented programme: there is no indication of money being transferred, no clinic name, no research protocols, no births, and no regulatory or media record supporting the claim that genetically modified human babies were created in Ukraine for Epstein or anyone else.

The 'US biolabs' and 'monster troops' narratives have been running as part of a years-long disinformation campaign and have been debunked over and over again. Specific allegations about the presence of these facilities in Ukraine have been refuted by multiple experts, including the UN High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Izumi Nakamitsu and by Russian biologists who examined Moscow’s “proof”.

These claims that Ukrainian military personnel's blood showed abnormal levels of antibiotics, narcotics, or antibodies are not backed by published medical data, peer-reviewed studies, or verifiable lab reports. The idea that “European doctors later found antibiotic-resistant bacteria in Ukrainian soldiers” is framed as a consequence of secret experiments, but antibiotic resistance is a well-known problem in all modern militaries and hospitals globally. No European medical society or study has linked resistance patterns in Ukrainian patients to covert US bioweapon or human‑experiment programmes

See other examples of similar disinformation narratives, such as claims that American laboratories are creating selective biological weapons, that US military biolabs are up to resume work in Ukraine, that American laboratories are creating selective biological weapons, or that American laboratories are collecting biological data from Eurasian residents to create bio ethnic weapons.
