SUMMARY
The next step after Martin Schulz’s earlier statement about a federal European constitution would be to subordinate smaller countries to Germany or France. Especially the countries of the eastern bloc will be affected; Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary … There is obviously an ambition to punish these countries for representing a different position.
