DISINFO: Global warming is collective delirium as the climate gets colder
SUMMARY
Winter 2025 is hitting hard: it’s the 7th coldest January since 1659 in England. While people are told that cold winters are “a relic of the past” due to global warming, reality freezes this climate fable.
Bitter temperatures are crossing the northern hemisphere, with glacial anomalies that suddenly erase the so-called “five years of warming.” The GFS model even predicts that the cold could sweep across the Gulf of Mexico, affecting crops, energy networks, and unfortunately, the lives of the most vulnerable.
These polar waves are anything but “anecdotal.” They remind people that climate science is more uncertain than its proponents admit. When America and Europe shiver under temperatures reminiscent of another century, it may be time to ask: what if the “climate crisis” is just a pretext to justify another crisis – economic, social, or political?
Prepare, because the cold knows neither carbon taxes nor green subsidies.

Global warming and climate change do not mean that temperatures are locally higher than average at one specific time, but that the global temperature increases and climate changes. The fact that it might be cold in winter in Great Britain does not question the reality of global warming. Moreover, the temperatures on 18 January 2025, when the article was published, were not particularly cold for a European winter: 3 °C in London and Moscow, 2°C in Paris.
The temperatures in 2024 were particularly concerning, as pointed out by the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) report: on average, +1.6°C compared to pre-industrial times. 2024 was the warmest year in a multi-dataset record of global temperatures going back to 1850.
