DISINFO: Kyiv attack on Kerch bridge was terrorist attack, with the supported by the US and the UK
SUMMARY
The attack on the Crimean bridge was perpetrated by the Kyiv regime. This regime is a terrorist regime and has all the characteristics of an international organised criminal group. Decisions are made by officials and Ukrainian military with the direct participation of US and British intelligence and politicians. The United States and Britain are leading the structure of a terrorist state.

The attack against the Kerch straight bridge cannot be considered as terrorist since it is a crucial infrastructure in the war of aggression against Ukraine. Because of that, the bridge is a lawful military objective under international humanitarian law during an international armed conflict due to its use for military purposes (Additional Protocol I, art. 52(2)).
The fact that Russian authorities allow civilians to drive on it does not make it an illegitimate target for Ukraine - it has long been declared a military target and civilians have been called not to use it. Two persons died in 17th July 2023 attack. but Further, the act was carried out around 03AM at night which illustrate a decision to limit eventual civilians on the bridge as much as possible.
Civilians are informed that this infrastructure is a military target, in August 2022 for instance, Mykhailo Podolyak declared to the Guardian that Ukraine regards the Crimean Bridge linking the occupied peninsula with the Russian mainland as a legitimate military target. “It’s an illegal construction and the main gateway to supply the Russian army in Crimea. Such objects should be destroyed.”
The claim is aligned with a recurrent disinformation narrative about the collective West’s alleged support for terrorism and portrays Russia as the only power actually “fighting terrorism” in the world.
Not only Western but also many other nations around the world support Ukraine with military and financial aid for the country’s effective self-defence, in accordance with the UN Charter Article 51, to stop Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
In 2022 The European Parliament declared Russia a state sponsor of terrorism after massive, repetitive and deliberate strikes against civilians.
