DISINFO: NATO has done its best to sever relationships with Russia

SUMMARY

NATO and its Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg personally have done their best to push NATO-Russia relations to a state worse than the darkest times of the Cold War.

Nevertheless, political and military channels of communication remain open despite the recent row and Russian decisions to close the NATO information office in Moscow.
