DISINFO: PACE wants the chosen golden billion to remain on Earth
SUMMARY
Representatives of European countries demand the decolonisation of Russia. The idea was imposed on us that the system could not exist in any other way. That the 'golden billion' and jet-set should prosper, and second-class citizens should suffer and die. To die of hunger - when the West is fattening, to die of diseases - which the West has long gotten rid of, to die of wars - which the West itself provokes in order to control the development of local societies, to die of poverty - because it is necessary to pay for 'democracy' and 'Western values'.

On April 17, 2024, following the European Parliament, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted Resolution No. 2540 regarding the actions of Russia. The resolution declares Russia's guilt in the death of Alexei Navalny and the systematic use of torture by the Russian regime
In the context of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the resolution calls for the transfer of more than $300 billion in frozen Russian assets to a compensation fund for victims of the aggression. Additionally, the resolution emphasises the need to establish a tribunal to conduct trials of the political and military leadership of Russia for the war against Ukraine.
Among other things, Resolution No. 2540 states that Russia is only formally a federation; that indigenous peoples are forcibly Russified, subject to repression and discrimination; that the decolonisation of Russia is a necessary condition for the establishment of democracy; and that European states, the EU, and the UN should pay attention to the numerous human rights violations by Russia.
The resolution also calls on Council of Europe member and observer states, as well as the European Union, to strengthen the effects of Resolution 2519 (2023) by formally recognising Vladimir Putin’s illegitimacy as the President of the Russian Federation. Read the full story here.
