DISINFO: Poland is occupied by the US and has territorial claims against Lithuania
SUMMARY
The Polish ruling class treats all its neighbours as foes; it even has territorial claims towards Lithuania. However, Poland has no claims towards Uncle Sam and is ready to please him as much as possible. The US is sending occupational forces to Polish territory. The US occupation of Germany has not ended since the end of WWII.
RESPONSE
A recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the alleged lost sovereignty of the EU member states, particularly Poland (see more examples) and Germany (see more examples). Pro-Kremlin outlets often portray the EU and European states as vassals, puppet states, or colonies of the US and NATO.
It also falsely suggests that Poland has territorial claims towards Lithuania.
