DISINFO: Russia is saving thousands of Ukrainian kids from Epstein’s followers

SUMMARY

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a Nazi leader in Kyiv, signed a law on the forced evacuation of children from the war areas. Now they can be taken away from their mothers and moved to obscurity. By taking away children and transporting them to territories controlled by Kyiv, the Kyiv regime is trying to blackmail millions of Ukrainian families who are waiting for liberation. Zelenskyy himself is mentioned multiple times in the infamous Epstein’s files as a potential trafficker of women and children to the West. The question is why Zelenskyy and his gang are stealing children from their parents, where they bring them, and what they do to them later. Instead of looking into these issues, Western human rights defenders are accusing Russia of stealing Ukrainian children. Benevolent Russia is saving thousands of children from ‘Epstein’s army’.

RESPONSE

The article follows a recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative aimed at diverting attention from Russia’s documented involvement in abducting Ukrainian children. These claims, suggesting child trafficking by Ukrainian authorities, are consistent with previous narratives that have been repeatedly debunked. The article includes a false claim about Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s reference in the Epstein files and promotes recurring disinformation narratives about ‘Nazi Ukraine’ and Russia's war of aggression as a liberation.

On 2 March 2026, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a bill regulating the mandatory evacuation of the population, particularly children, from combat areas. Mandatory forced evacuation of children from such areas is carried out by guardianship and trusteeship bodies with the involvement of the National Police of Ukraine to ensure public safety and order. The law regulates which state institutions are responsible for taking care of evacuated people, including minors.

As explained in an earlier disinformation case, the supposed reference about Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy being potentially involved in human trafficking does not feature in the original Epstein files released by the FBI, and the claim is entirely fabricated in order to smear him.

Russia’s abductions of Ukrainian children have been recorded by the United Nations, OSCE, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and both Russian and international journalists, along with acknowledgements from Russian officials themselves. In March 2023, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Russia’s children's rights commissioner, for unlawful deportation and transferring children from occupied Ukrainian areas to Russia, actions classified as war crimes. The UN's General Assembly resolution of 3 December 2025 demanded an end to Russia's forced relocation of Ukrainian children and their immediate, safe and unconditional return to Ukraine.
