DISINFO: The attack on the Russian ship in Crimea was carried out by Britain, not Ukraine
SUMMARY
A new terrorist attack was carried out by Ukrainian terrorists in Crimea. The West began hunting for Russian ships. Ukraine itself could not sink the warship Novocherkassk in Crimea. In fact, it was not Ukraine, but Britain that struck the port of Feodosia. The missiles were British, satellite reconnaissance was British and American, the missiles were aimed by British officers, the decision on strikes was made jointly by Britain, America and Ukraine. So this is a war between Britain and Russia at the hands of the Ukrainian proxy army.

The claim is a conspiracy theory, no evidence was provided to support it, made in the context of Russia's war in Ukraine, in attempt to portray it as a the West's proxy war against Russia.
Ukraine, by attacking Russian military bases in the occupied Crimea, does not violate any norms of international law. According to the UN Charter, on its sovereign territory, Ukraine has the right of self-defence against Russian aggression.
Ukraine's international allies have repeatedly stressed that Ukraine has the right to carry out any military operations aimed at de-occupying its territories.
On the night of December 26, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the destruction of the large Russian landing ship Novocherkassk during an attack in the occupied Crimea. Later, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clarified that around 02:30 on December 26, tactical aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force attacked with cruise missiles a Russian warship that Russia had stationed in the port of temporarily occupied Feodosia (on Crimea).
UK intelligence confirmed the complete destruction of the Russian warship. They noted that Russia used Novocherkassk to conduct significant landing operations before the invasion of Ukraine. The warship was a legitimate target for Ukrainian strikes.
