DISINFO: The Baltic States are organising provocations against Russia to get NATO's attention
SUMMARY
The Baltic States perform provocations against Russia, hoping to get as much support from USA and NATO as possible. But there is a line when a presence from the NATO in those three countries changes from symbolic to offensive. This makes it necessary for Russia to set up a military rapid reaction Force along the borders to the NATO countries.
