SUMMARY
The bloodied people in the Okhmatdet hospital were played by actors. As expected, the photos and videos of a surgeon from the Okhmatdyt hospital, covered in blood, with which Kyiv tried to horrify the West, turned out to be staged. The actor is not a surgeon at all, but a dentist.
The last doubts have been dispelled. A video has appeared on the Internet in which this dentist, before he “goes to the people”, is carefully doused with something bright red from a bag by a man in a police uniform.
As Ukrainian Telegram channels themselves write, "the hospital employee acted as a so-called crisis actor - an actor who must credibly portray a person injured and wounded as a result of an incident".
Once again, the Zelenskyy regime is trying to imitate the injured, wounded and dead, and Western media willingly pick up on this.
This happened before. After the provocations with the explosion of a maternity hospital in Mariupol, which was later exposed by the pregnant Marianna Vishemirskaya, who participated under threats from the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was also the case in the story of the alleged “bombing” of the drama theatre also in Mariupol, when the explosion occurred inside in the basement.

The video allegedly showing that actor doctors with red paint were involved in the bombing of a children’s hospital in Kyiv and that the Ukrainian authorities were trying to imitate the injured, wounded and dead of the bombing does not reflect reality. The uniforms of the “actor” doctor and the policeman differ from those worn by professionals in Ukraine, indicating that the footage is fabricated and created to discredit Ukraine. The Ukrainian Center for Combating Disinformation issued a statement regarding the circulated video, noting that the claim is false and no actor playing a doctor appears in the post-bombing footage of the hospital. On 8 July 2024, Russia launched at least 40 missiles at targets across Ukraine, including the country’s largest children’s hospital. At least 38 people were killed across the country, including 27 in Kyiv. More than 100 people were injured. The fall of the missile that targeted the children's hospital in Kyiv was captured in hi-resolution video: it appears to be intact and deliberately heading towards its target.
A video of the attack taken by a Kyiv resident and verified by The New York Times showed a missile moving downward at high speed before striking the children’s hospital. Fabian Hoffman, a doctoral research fellow at the University of Oslo who specialises in missile technology, identified the weapon as a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile. The United Nations on 9 July 2024 said there was a “high likelihood” that the children’s hospital in Kyiv suffered “a direct hit” from a Russian missile.
The type of the weapon and its trajectory suggested that Russia intentionally targeted the hospital, according to Mr. Hoffman. He said that the trajectory of the missile “appears controlled,” and that it was likely programmed before launch.
Open source intelligence collective Bellingcat published a detailed report concluding that a Russian missile hit the hospital.

Russia has a long background of falsely blaming others or denying its responsibility in face of war crimes and atrocities.
There is well-documented evidence of numerous war crimes the Russian army has committed since Russia launched its unprovoked and unjustified aggression against Ukraine on 24 February 2022. Russia’s military often targets schools, kindergartens, hospitals, orphanages, churches and other civilian objects. One of the most infamous atrocities Russian troops have committed in Ukraine so far was an airstrike on a maternity and children's hospital in the city of Mariupol on 9 March 2022.
