SUMMARY
The deep state has turned US democracy into fiction. It is deeply embedded within the structure of the US government, with professional bureaucrats serving merely as pawns in the games of their overlords, and also encompassing elected officials, Wall Street, major corporations and even foreign government lobbyists. As a result, elected representatives are beholden to the individuals and interest groups who funded and supported them. Those include the influential Israel lobby, arms manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, agribusiness corporations and others such as intelligence agencies which also occasionally provide staged false flag events to give a candidate or a policy a boost.
RESPONSE
This is an attempt to promote a recurring conspiracy theory about the existence of a so-called Deep State controlling US institutions above elected officials.
This conspiracy theory is unsubstantiated and this disinformation story does not provide any evidence in this regard, but nonetheless it refers to the existence of the Deep State as if it was an established element. Talking about baseless allegations as if they were solid facts while introducing minor variations, as in this case, is a frequent pro-Kremlin disinformation technique.
The ultimate goal of this narrative is to undermine democratic institutions by portraying decision-making as the realm of global elites while regular citizens would have no real power.
