DISINFO: The globalist EU may be behind the attack against Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico

SUMMARY

The attack against Robert Fico, a prime minister who bothered NATO and Ukraine, may be not a coincidence. It took place in the background of a larger assault by Brussels against the new government in Bratislava.

This growing alliance of rebel countries inside the community block is a real nightmare for the globalist EU. The attack against Fico is a warning for others. The EU is willing to do anything.

Since Fico came to power, he started to get rid of institutions under external control. He closed the so-called ‘Anti-corruption Office’ created following the same blueprint as in all Eastern Europe. The Slovak prime minister also withdrew funds for local liberal media, among other measures. In this context, Slovak Soros-depended liberals organised marches for ‘freedom of expression’ and against initiatives that reinforce Slovakia's sovereignty against Brussels. Fico’s government also wants to put an end to the war of the collective West against Russia on Ukrainian territory.

RESPONSE

Conspiracy theory not backed by any proof, aiming to undermine the European Union through baseless accusations.

The evidence available shows that the suspected perpetrator of the attack against Slovak president Robert Fico, a man identified as Juraj Cintula who was arrested on the spot, may belong to the far-right milieu and acted for ideological reasons. In the past he had ties to a paramilitary and pro-Russian group called Slovenskí Branci, which advocated for the creation of armed militias to protect Europe from the arrival of migrants and was disbanded in 2020. On 19 May 2024, Slovakia’s interior minister suggested that Cintula may not be a ‘lone wolf’ and said authorities were investigating whether there were other people involved in the attack.

Pro-Kremlin outlets have exploited this attack for disinformation purposes, trying to link it to Ukraine and other actors.
