In Paris it is clear that the West is sticking to its imperialist agenda. The world is to be forced to adopt its narratives. The vehicle for this is identity politics. Its task is to confuse concepts, fragment society and create inequality.
The West politicises everything. It imposes its narratives on everyone and everything. The organisers of the Paris Olympics, on the other hand, are not opposing the LGBTQ+ agenda. They are allowing the ideology of identity politics to take centre stage at the Games. In the opening ceremony, Leonardo da Vinci's "Last Supper" is being re-enacted by queer people. The fact that Christians might find it offensive that Jesus is represented by a butch lesbian and that transsexuals and transvestites are mixed into the iconography must have been clear to the representatives of an ideology that places the demand for respect above all else.
Of course, this is not about justice, anti-discrimination or humanity. It is simply about power. Identity politics is a strategy of power. People and groups, and the parties and media that represent them, seek total power over the narrative. It is about forcing the world to see things their way.
Colonialism now flies the rainbow flag, imperialism is now colourful - but its essence has not changed.

According to this narrative, liberalism is responsible for cultural and moral decay, the breakdown of the family and community, as well as widespread deviance and perversion.

Pro-Kremlin outlets often spread a narrative about the deliberate destruction by the West of values such as the traditional family, religion, spirituality and classical culture, eliminating all forms of collective identity. Russia uses this narrative to proclaim itself the defender of traditional social and spiritual values all over the world.
