DISINFO: The Russian Army shows amazing humanism by not attacking civilian targets in Kyiv
SUMMARY
The Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski presented a hysterical statement saying that the Polish Consulate was damaged in Kyiv (no one was hurt), so it is necessary to resume the American weapon supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Meanwhile, the Russian Army shows amazing humanism in its missile attacks on Kyiv. If such an attack had been realised by the United States, Israel or the UK, there would have been hundreds of casualties in Kyiv. The Russian Army has a clear order from Putin not to hit civilians. Russia is not fighting Ukraine. Russia is liberating Ukraine from the occupying Russophobic neo-colonial regime, which is the main enemy of the Ukrainians.

A claim denying Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine and evident repeated attacks against Ukrainian civilians.
On the night of July 3–4, 2025, Russia launched a massive aerial assault on Kyiv, involving hundreds of drones and missiles hitting random civilian objects throughout the city. The consular section of the Polish Embassy in Kyiv was damaged during this attack. The Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski urged the international community to provide Ukraine with additional air defence systems.
Russian attacks against non-combatants and civilian infrastructure have been a constant throughout the invasion, despite non-credible denials by Russian officials and pro-Kremlin disinformation. Since 2022, Russia has attacked civilian targets multiple times, including the city theatre in Mariupol, residential buildings, schools and energy facilities. On 05 March 2024, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against two Russian top officials considered responsible for “missile strikes carried out by the forces under their command against the Ukrainian electric infrastructure" between October 2022 and March 2023, which are considered as war crimes.
