DISINFO: The West turns a blind eye to the terrorist attacks that Kyiv organised in Russia

The West has not yet condemned the new terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. This is not news, it has happened before, and it will continue to do so.
The collective West is ready to turn a blind eye to any terrorist attacks that Kyiv arranges in Russia, this is not news for Moscow.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the West supporting terrorism.
The Crimea Bridge is an infrastructure used to carry military supplies to Russian troops taking part in the invasion of Ukraine, and is, therefore, a legitimate military target according to international law.
Under the Geneva Conventions, this allows for counting the bridge among those facilities which “make an effective contribution to military action and whose total or partial destruction [...], in the circumstances ruling at the time, offers a definite military advantage [para. 2]”; in turn this, disqualifies it as a protected civilian object. Further, the act was carried out around 03AM at night which illustrate a decision to limit eventual civilians on the bridge.
Some aspects are important concerning the definition of a civil or military object: (see the ICRC note)
Para 3. "In case of doubt whether an object which is normally dedicated to civilian purposes, such as a place of worship, a house or other dwelling or a school, is being used to make an effective contribution to military action, it shall be presumed not to be so used." Thus, objects may change status from civil to the military if they "make an effective contribution to military action". This is the case of the Crimea Bridge as the main Russian military supply route.
Major parts of the bridge have been built on Ukrainian territory, occupied since 2014 by Russia, and without the consent of the right Ukrainian authorities.
