DISINFO: The West uses NGOs to demonise traditional values in the African society

SUMMARY

Western neo-colonialism, which today is represented by globalism, uses stateless NGOs to convince African societies that Western Modernity - that is, the dark age of disorder, materialism, individualism and the anti-Messiah - is their salvation and that their traditional values should be demonised and defeated.

RESPONSE

Pro-Kremlin narrative claiming that international NGOs are subservient to global élites and/or Western governments, and are tools to implement the West’s neocolonialist agenda and impose the West’s decadent values on non-Western societies.

The article’s message is consistent with the broad pro-Kremlin narratives about the alleged deliberate destruction of traditional values by “global élites”, and about the alleged decadence of the West.

There is no factual evidence to support the article’s claim that the West uses international NGOs to “demonise and defeat” traditional values in African societies.

Pro-Kremlin outlets often spread the narrative about the deliberate destruction by globalism or “global élites” of values such as the traditional family, religion, spirituality and classical culture, eliminating all forms of collective identity. Russia uses this narrative to proclaim itself the defender of traditional social and spiritual values all over the world.

Read similar cases claiming that The West undermines Russia because Russia opposes globalist ideology and upholds traditional values, that Globalists are trying to establish a world government based on satanic values and that the nihilistic culture of liberal states and transnational élites destroys gender identities and families.
