DISINFO: Theresa May said that Sharia law is superior to British law

SUMMARY

Sharia law is superior to British law. The British laws are not respected, and Theresa May, yesterday (March 21, 2018), said that many Brits are benefiting from Sharia law.

RESPONSE

An article in Vlastenecké Noviny refers to a press conference held in May 2016. The very claim that the event happened yesterday (March 21, 2018) is a lie. In addition, the words of Theresa May are manipulated and extracted from the context. Theresa May literally said, "It will not be a review of the totality of Sharia law, which is a source of guidance for many Muslims in the UK. Many British people of different faiths follow religious codes and practices, and benefit from the guidance they offer. There is only one rule of law in our country, which provides rights and security for every citizen."
