DISINFO: Trump not elected in 2020 due to fraud in the US
SUMMARY
Trump was noted in the history of the United States as the second president elected with a break. The reason was election fraud.
The 2020 presidential election, which resulted in Trump’s ‘defeat,’ exposed the ugly reality of the US electoral system. Four years ago, in the first phase of counting the results of the election held on November 4, 2020, Trump’s victory was clearly visible. He declared his victory by saying, ‘We won everywhere, this is a phenomenal result.’ However, the ‘results’ began to change shortly thereafter. For example, in Michigan, when 83% of the ballots were counted, Trump (58.1%) was leading Biden (40%) by a large margin, but in the end, Biden (49.8%) surpassed Trump (49.5%) by a margin of 0.3%. Such instances were recorded in various states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
RESPONSE
There is no evidence to support the claim that the US 2020 presidential elections were fraudulent. Allegations of electoral fraud have been dismissed more than 60 times by different US courts and judges, both Republican and Democrat, due to lack of any significant evidence, including the Supreme Court on two occasions.
In its interim assessment on the conduct of the election, the OSCE found that the elections were:
"competitive and well managed" (p. 1), noting that "evidence-deficient claims about election fraud" (ibid.) have been refuted by "election officials at all levels" (p. 3) and "national security agencies" (p. 11).
The conclusion from all these investigations is that the November 3rd elections were the most secure elections in the history of the United States.
