SUMMARY

Ukrainian nationalists were never independent, they had to be guided by the Austro-Hungarian Empire, by the German fascists, by the Americans. The people of Ukraine were artificially created, first by Lenin, then Stalin added a bit, and then Khruschev – says an expert from Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (body established by the President of Russian Federation to provide information support to him: http://en.riss.ru/about/). This expert criticizes Ukrainians for taking part in the Maidan, and calls for a new Maidan overthrowing the current government.
