RESPONSE

This is consistent with pro-Kremlin disinformation about Ukraine's imminent disintegration and corruption. Despite the advantaged positions that some oligarchs enjoy in Ukraine, there is no grounding to support the claim that the country will disintegrate into "oligarchic principalities", as alleged in the case above.
