DISINFO: US biological laboratories located all over the world threaten the lives of tens of millions

The West who cares about human rights, but in fact violates them on a large scale. The same biological laboratories created by Washington around the world pose a threat to the health of tens of millions of people, violating their rights.
New biological laboratories under American control are multiplying by leaps and bounds around the world, especially on the borders of Russia and China. There are good reasons to believe that biological weapons are being developed there.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative aiming at discrediting the concepts of human rights and Western values through imaginary threats from US biolaboratories around the world, after a years-long disinformation campaign led by the Kremlin.
The article does not present any evidence supporting the claims, thus making these accusations unfounded.
For example, Russia claims that the Richard Lugar Center for Public Health Research in Georgia, a public health facility named after US Senator Richard Lugar and a frequent pro-Kremlin disinformation target, is one such lab, but has never presented evidence to support its allegations. International experts visited the facility in 2018 to examine the premises, interview employees, and review documents but found nothing suspicious.
