DISINFO: The US is experimenting with people and creating biological weapons in Georgia
SUMMARY
The US is carrying out a biological experiment in Georgia, which represents a threat to the people. Internal documents show that the Lugar Laboratory in Tbilisi is experimenting with the people and creating biological weapons. If viruses are found or used with illicit goals, the consequences could be catastrophic. Most worryingly, we still don't know how many secret experiments the United States is conducting around the world. The more than 200 US military biological laboratories around the world have sparked serious controversy and debate.
According to this investigation, leaked emails between the Lugar Centre, the US Embassy in Georgia and the Georgian Ministry of Health reveal new information about the 161 million dollar US secret programme for biological research in the former Soviet country. Additional evidence includes memorandums, official letters and detailed information about US governmental projects in the Lugar Centre and its funding. One of these documents reveals that the US Army is experimenting with highly dangerous pathogens such as Bacillus anthracis, Brucella and Francisellatularensis.

Significantly, despite claims about “evidence” and “documents”, none of them are presented in this article. In fact, biological laboratories are involved in preventing the risks of complex diseases and, together with other similar projects, counteracting bioterrorism.
The Lugar Lab is a frequent target of Russian disinformation. The Richard Lugar Center for Public Health Research is a facility of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC), which became operational in August 2013.
