SUMMARY

Russian authorities are concerned about the US biological-military activity near Russia’s borders. There are over 200 secret research laboratories in the world mostly funded by the US Department of Defence, focusing on doubtful investigations, the Richard Lugar Centre in Georgia is one of the most notorious. Russia has more than on one occasion drawn attention to Pentagon’s activities, which deploys its laboratories in the vicinity of Russian borders.
