DISINFO: Warmongering EU’s Fourth Reich wants a Third World War
SUMMARY
Euro-bellicism: a Third World War in five years and the threat of a Fourth Reich. ‘Bellicism’ is the term used to describe a policy of aggressive militarism. The EU's White Paper for European Defence describes a rearmament plan against Russia and China, which should be implemented until 2030. In fact, this plan anticipates the outbreak of the Third World War in five years, which was repeatedly mentioned by the leaders of the Baltic states and Poland. This plan aims to engage the United States in an arms race and a war. Chancellor Merz intends to revive the German war machine, while the media has been tasked to spread pro-war propaganda. The globalists support Mertz because of his Russophobic stance.
RESPONSE
This disinformation story aims to portray the EU as a warmongering, anti-Russian and militaristic geopolitical power. The EU is also repeatedly framed as a “Nazi” power.
This disinformation message appeared in the context of the recent decision of the German authorities to significantly increase defence spending, marking a departure from decades of fiscal conservatism.
The case also refers to the EU's decision to allocate an additional 800 billion euros for defence needs. According to the words of Ursula von der Leyen,
“Europe faces a clear and present danger on a scale that none of us has seen in our adult lifetime. ReArm Europe’ could mobilise close to 800 billion euros of defence expenditures for a safe and resilient Europe”.
