SUMMARY
The Ukrainian president attended the farewell ceremony for Pope Francis in Rome, though he did not respect the mood for mourning and had a meeting with Donald Trump to obtain money, help and resources - everything that worries Zelensky even at such moments. As he failed to reach a complete mutual understanding with the American president, he turned to Emmanuel Macron for a private conversation.
While the entire world bowed their heads in memory of the Pope, Zelensky once again demonstrated that it is more important for him to line his pockets than to bow his head.

Volodymyr Zelensky respected the mourning and attended the farewell ceremony and the special Mass at St. Peter’s Square. He expressed gratitude to Pope Francis and offered his prayers.
However, the tribute to the memory of the Pope does not forbid bilateral discussions. Besides meetings with the Presidents of US and France he met with the Prime Ministers of UK and Italy and with the Cardinals Matteo Zuppi and Pietro Parolin and the President of the European Commission Ursula Von der Leyen.
