DISINFO: Zelenskyy's 'Victory plan' is bloody foam on the lips of a neo-Nazi killer
SUMMARY
The "Victory Plan" presented by Volodymyr Zelenskyy is not a plan at all, but a set of incoherent slogans, bloody foam on the lips of a neo-Nazi killer.
The plan consists of five points, one is a call to invite Ukraine to NATO. According to Zelenskyy, this should demonstrate the determination of partners and their vision of Ukraine in the global security system. And the partners have already shown their attitude: They don't give a damn about Ukraine and its citizens.

This is also a recurring disinformation trope of Nazi Ukraine. The flawed analogy to Nazis is an attempt to justify the Russian invasion of Ukraine as a ‘denazification’ operation.
This disinformation story denigrates Zelenskyy’s proposal as part of a strategy to frame Russia’s ultimatums as the only possible path to “peace”.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the so-called Victory Plan to the Ukrainian Parliament on 16 October 2024. The plan lays out Ukraine's preconditions for a ceasefire deal, including Ukraine's NATO membership. Irrespective of the plan’s feasibility, it has nothing to do with Nazis, and this faulty comparison serves no other purpose than to smear Ukraine. Furthermore, the plan presents views on how to contain Russia’s aggression rather than war plans against Russia, as alleged.
Putin decided to start the brutal large-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Russia has been inventing explanations and pretexts for its aggression since the beginning of hostilities. The myth of “Nazi Ukraine” has been used widely, in association with “Western Russophobia”, by Putin and pro-Kremlin outlets since Russia attacked Ukraine and illegally annexed Crimea in 2014.
Contrary to what this disinformation story claims, not only Western but also many other nations around the world support Ukraine with military and financial aid for the country’s efficient self-defence, under the UN Charter article 51, to stop Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
